The foundation training is the first stage of becoming a Resource Therapist.

Day One

In the foundation training we will look at vaded states, these are states that have often become overwhelmed with emotion during childhood and ‘stuck,’ unable to work through current emotions.

We will look at and practise techniques for resolving these stuck emotions, thereby making room for greater inner peace as the client’s parts return to ‘normal’.

Day Two

We will look at conflicted states. These are states that are in conflict with each other to the point where the client might be indecisive or overcome with guilt or ‘shoulds’ or ‘I wish I coulds’.

We will look at and practise working with these states to increase inner harmony for the person by ensuring that these parts become ‘normal’. The overall goal of Resource therapy is to ensure that the parts that are involved in the issues now become ‘normal’ in their functioning.
